A young woman wakes up nude on the floor of an abandoned building, visibly petrified as guttural noises echo around her. She bolts to escape, but a security guard enters and, in fear, fires at her, killing her on the spot. Later, viewers learn this woman is Brandi.

A group of friends arrive outside the same building and break in, planning to use it for an illegal rave. They search the space and find an abandoned camera revealing Brandi inside. Believing she’s already inside, they begin setting up their own equipment for the party.

Charlie, Scotty, and Kim split off to arrange lighting and sound. Lolli ventures deeper into the building and hears the same unsettling noises, spotting Wade and Kenny sneaking about. The group reconvenes, and Charlie stresses they only have an hour before showtime.

Kim climbs a tall ladder to mount lights and catches a ghoulish face in the darkness. The sight frightens her, causing her to shake and knock piping from the wall, though she pretends she’s seen nothing abnormal to the others.

Wade and Lolli leave the main area and engage in a private encounter away from the others. Their secret moment adds a personal tension to the looming chaos inside the abandoned venue. The romance unfolds amidst the creeping danger of the night.

Jade admits she has feelings for Wade, sparking a confrontation with Miko who calls Wade a slimeball. Miko storms off, leaving Jade nursing her frustration while Lolli seems to revel in the unfolding drama.

Lolli returns after a moment and is suddenly assaulted by a ghoulish woman. A hulking welder figure appears and brutally tears at her, ultimately killing her in a grisly display of violence.

Kim goes to search for her missing friend Lolli and is grabbed by two feral women who drag her toward the killer welder. The welder mutilates her, severing fingers and breaking her spine with his hammer.

Jade poisons a beer intended for Wade as Kenny grabs one for himself. The two bond briefly, but feral women ambush them, decapitating Kenny. The monstrous welder then crushes Jade's head, ending her life.

Scotty and Miko drink together, and Miko unknowingly consumes the poisoned beer. Scotty tries to help, but they encounter the welder, who kills Miko by crushing her and knocks Scotty unconscious.

Wade resurfaces and tries to force himself on Kim, but the welder arrives, stabbing Wade and then ending Kim's life by crushing her head.

Charlie and Enyx return to find their friends' cars wrecked and discover a severed penis and Kim's mangled body. They’re chased by the feral killers as chaos erupts, and Enyx is decapitated in the mayhem.

Charlie discovers Wade and Scotty bound to chairs, forcing her to witness Scotty’s crucifixion. She rallies, finds a way to fight back, and the welder is shot, giving her a fleeting edge.

Charlie shoots the welder and makes it back to the chaotic party, pleading for help as the others laugh at her. The welder arrives and begins slaughtering partygoers as the shutter slowly rolls down.

After the credits, Wade is shown bound and gagged in the building, still begging for help. The scene leaves his fate uncertain as the killer continues to prowl the ruins.
