Inday is a simple, innocent girl from the province living with her mother. A fallen angel named Goldy, who can transform into a duck, and a tiyanak cross her path and seem to offer help. Their encounter is interrupted by a neighbor who informs Inday that her mother is dying, pulling her into a larger world of danger and wonder.

Inday visits her mother, who reveals a painful truth: she was adopted and her real mother abandoned her. She tells Inday that her real parents are in Manila and soon dies after sharing the truth. This revelation sets Inday on a quest to uncover her real origins.

Desperate to inherit Goldy's powers, the pair decide to meet the conditions required to transfer influence. They hitchhike toward Manila, disguising themselves as a mother and daughter to blend in. The journey marks a shift from provincial life to a city filled with hidden dangers.

In Manila, Inday applies for a maid position with a wealthy family. The husband is a businessman, the children are spoiled, and the wife has a dark secret: she exchanges youth for immortality by sacrificing children to demons. A demonic army begins to emerge, looming over the household.

The demonic forces attack to collect sacrifices, abducting children from the city. With Goldy's help, Inday repels the attackers but is framed and fired by the wife for her actions. This betrayal pushes Inday toward a deeper search for her origins.

Heartbroken, Inday sets off to discover what her real mother looks like. She tracks a lead to a market where she eventually locates her biological mother. To survive while staying close, she rents a room nearby and earns a living selling eggs painted gold and scavenging for recyclables.

Inday's mother tells the truth about her origins and introduces her to her father, Kokang. Suspicious of the events, Kokang follows her employer and learns the family secret, but is captured by the employer and hypnotized. The family's power dynamics begin to reveal themselves as the stakes rise.

The demon army persists, abducting more children. Amazing Jay becomes entangled in the conflict, and Inday continues to resist the demonic forces with his help. The danger escalates as the family secrets attract more attention from the supernatural beings.

Kokang, driven by suspicion and power, eats the egg that contains Goldy’s power, transforming Inday into Copycat. With this new power, she, Jay, and Copycat prepare for the climactic confrontation against Ingrid and her demonic minions.

Inday as Copycat joins Jay to duel Ingrid and her demonic minions. The battle unfolds at the altar, and Inday uses her enhanced powers to defeat Ingrid as she meets her end. The forces of demons are driven back, ending the immediate threat.

A few days after the battle, Goldy and the tiyanak—now named Angelika—get their chance to ascend to Heaven. Their departure marks a peaceful end to their arc, watching over Inday from beyond.

During a party celebrating the victory, a crab monster with a human overlord emerges from a pond. Inday and Jay rise to fight the creature as Goldy and Angelika continue toward Heaven. The final confrontation tests whether the world can remain safe after the heroes' triumph.
