Sundarapandian

Arivu falls in love with Archana and asks Sundarapandian to help him express his feelings. Sundarapandian agrees to assist, given their close friendship. The setup unfolds in Kandamanoor and on the bus route used by Archana.

Sundarapandian, Murugesan, and Arivu ride Archana’s route bus daily, while Bhuvaneshwaran also pursues Archana. A clash over Archana leads to a 31-day challenge for Bhuvanesh to woo her without interference. The arrangement marks a turning point in their rivalries.

It is revealed that three years earlier Sundarapandian proposed to Archana and was rejected. This backstory explains lingering tensions and future expectations. Archana’s past feelings later influence the unfolding events.

Encouraged by Arivu, Sundarapandian goes to Archana to propose. The next day, Archana unexpectedly proposes back, shocking everyone. Her parents, meanwhile, pressure her to marry Jegan, complicating the couple’s union.

Archana asks Sundarapandian to refrain from contacting her because of exams. Bhuvaneshwaran takes this as an opportunity and harasses Archana on the bus. Sundarapandian intervenes, warning him to stop the harassment.

Bhuvanesh and his friends insult Archana again, leading to a violent clash on the bus where Bhuvanesh is pushed from the moving vehicle and dies. Sundarapandian is arrested for the murder but is bailed after the incident is deemed an accident.

Raghupathi agrees to take care of Bhuvanesh’s ailing parents and pays for his sister’s marriage. This gesture showcases the landlord’s responsibility and the social fallout from the tragedy.

Jegan’s love for Archana becomes a source of tension as Archana’s parents push for Jegan’s marriage. Paranjothi informs Sundarapandian of Jegan’s love and fabricates a story about his drunkenness to manipulate the situation, prompting Sundarapandian to intervene.

Paranjothi and Jegan covertly plot to kill Sundarapandian. Paranjothi reveals little truths to mislead, while Arivu accompanies Sundarapandian as they plan to meet Jegan, unaware of the deadly plans in motion.

In the forest, Jegan confronts Sundarapandian, and a struggle ensues. During the tense encounter, Arivu stabs Sundarapandian in the back, betraying his friend as revenge for his love for Archana.

Sundarapandian survives the attack and fights back, later revealing to Paranjothi that Arivu was the real killer of Bhuvanesh, not Sundarapandian. He admits that he had taken the blame to protect Arivu and also accuses Paranjothi of orchestrating danger by sending thugs. The betrayal by his friends leaves him disillusioned.

Eventually Sundarapandian and Archana marry, choosing love over fear of rejection. He does not disclose the betrayal to others and ends his friendship with those who betrayed him. The story closes on a note of personal redemption and cautious happiness.
