The story begins with a vibrant flash mob known as The Mob taking to Ocean Drive in Miami, Florida. Led by Sean, Eddie, and Jason, they create a spectacle by stopping traffic with their vintage convertibles while dancing on the cars to music spun by DJ Penelope.

As The Mob performs, their antics are broadcast on television, leading to mixed reactions from the public. Some are thrilled and entertained by the disruption, while others express their disapproval of the chaos it causes.

After their shift at the restaurant, Sean, Eddie, and Jason decide to take a break by sneaking into the luxurious Dimont Hotel's beach club. Their mischievous escapades lead them to cross paths with Emily who attempts to catch the attention of the bar waiter.
