Sometime during the 1960s, a severely injured Dante (portrayed by Marvin Agustin) is captured by hitman Fredo (played by Dido Dela Paz) and his thugs, as they prepare to bury him alive at the request of Carlos (portrayed by Mark Gil). This brutal scene is witnessed by a young caretaker named Andoy (played by Archie Masibay). Fast forward forty years, and we meet hotel receptionist Kelly (played by Rica Peralejo) along with her eclectic group of friends known as "The Love Team." This group includes her boyfriend and photographer Choppy (portrayed by Dingdong Dantes), her coworker Cecile (played by Ciara Sotto), her boyfriend and architect Anton (portrayed by Drew Arellano), her bothersome brother Aries (played by Jay Aquitania) and his friend PJ (played by Jake Cuenca), along with the passionate couple Drew and Myra (portrayed by Paolo Contis and Alessandra de Rossi). They are all excited about a planned getaway to a remote house during the Holy Week.
Upon their arrival, the group is welcomed by an elderly Andoy (played by Cris Daluz) and his wife Mara, who also serves as caretakers of the property. As they settle into the house for their vacation, tensions arise when Drew and Myra have a minor dispute, and Choppy tries to capture a few significant photos for his work deadline. Meanwhile, PJ and Aries become aware of odd blood drippings, while Anton investigates a mystery inside the wardrobe. The following day brings more activity as Choppy snaps some pictures of Kelly, and PJ and Aries engage in conversation at the nearby lake with the caretakers.
As the day unfolds, Drew and Myra stumble upon what appears to be a ouija board. Despite Cecile’s reluctance, the rest of "The Love Team" decides to try the board that night. Throughout their grim explorations, they are cautioned by Mang Andoy to refrain from tampering with the paranormal. During the session, Kelly attempts to contact the spirit, but the glass moves uncontrollably, causing an outburst of fear among the group after it shatters. Following this jarring event, the group hastily departs the house, vowing never to return.
As their disturbing experiences continue, Anton and Drew find themselves in a renovated room where a shadowy figure watches Anton closely, while Choppy discovers an unsettling shadow in a photograph he took of Kelly. Adding to the eeriness, Kelly witnesses a figure in white at the hotel. They later visit Myra, who recounts a strange encounter in her bathroom. Kelly, after a haunting discussion with Cecile about the spirit, is frightened by an apparition as she approaches her car. Meanwhile, Kelly's father, Caloy, unveils a cryptic family secret about Auring, his mother’s sister, and her connection to Dante.
In the subsequent days, Choppy and Drew pay a visit to Ada's house, where they disclose details about the unsettling house they had rented. To find clarity about Dante’s tragic story, Ada and the group decide to perform a ritual. This leads to flashbacks revealing Dante’s desperate search for Auring, which culminates in his violent demise orchestrated by Fredo. In parallel, Auring's own sorrowful tale unfolds as she battles her angry brother Carlos, resulting in a devastating fallout that destroys her family and culminates in her tragic suicide, forever connecting her spirit to Dante’s.
The storyline culminates as Auring and Dante unite in a final sacrifice, granting freedom to their spirits. However, as Kelly and Ada lose consciousness, the movie shifts to the next morning, where the "Love Team" prepares to depart. To their horror, they discover disembodied footsteps from upstairs, revealing a little girl clutching the ouija board alongside other spirits they had inadvertently summoned. The film concludes ominously, with the group screaming in terror as they are approached by the ghosts, culminating in a haunting image of a tree circling ominously around them.
