Dave, Adam, and Doofer, three fraternity brothers from Kappa Omicron Kappa, face eviction after being accused of stealing from their treasury. The gravity of the situation prompts them to devise a clever scheme to prove their innocence and exonerate themselves.

The trio decides to review footage from Adam's bedroom, where he has installed a surveillance camera to capture his nightly escapades. This critical step is a part of their plan to uncover the real thief among their ranks.

To infiltrate the KOK ladies' night party and gather more information, the brothers put on disguises as women named Adina, Roberta, and Daisy. However, their plan quickly unraveled as their fraternity brothers mistakenly identify them as awkward women and throw them out.

After being ejected from the party, the bumbling brothers are rescued by a group of sympathetic sorority sisters from Delta Omicron Gamma. The sisters offer them shelter and support as they try to figure out their next move.

While staying with the sorority sisters, Adam becomes determined to reclaim a critical tape from his old roommate, Jimmy. He concocts a plan to impersonate Adina and seduce Jimmy to achieve his goal.

Adam's plan takes an unexpected twist when Jimmy, oblivious to the truth, drugs him with a roofie-laced drink. Both of them end up unconscious, complicating Adam's quest to retrieve the tape.

With the KOK annual cruise approaching, the fraternity resolves to showcase Adam's tapes as a source of entertainment for alumni. This sets the stage for a crucial game with their sorority allies that could win them coveted cruise tickets.

In a bid to secure their cruise tickets, the trio teams up with the DOG sorority for a highly anticipated football game. During the game, romantic sparks fly as Dave, in his Daisy persona, catches Leah's eye.

After the game, the brothers shed their disguises for a job interview, but when they switch back to their alter egos to celebrate, Leah misconstrues the gathering as a romantic rendezvous. This leads to tension and a confrontation.

Amid the rising tensions, Leah smacks the fraternity president Spence for his disrespectful behavior, leading to chaos. In a shocking act, Spence is expelled from the fraternity by being thrown overboard.

As the chaos unfolds, Dave steps forward to reveal himself as Daisy, exposing the identities of his friends as well. This dramatic moment forces the KOK High Council to address the mischief of the fraternity brothers.

Dave courageously accuses Spence of theft, supported by Doofer and a tape that has incriminating evidence. The fraternity members quickly respond, leading to Spence's expulsion from their ranks.

In a surprising turnaround, Adam is elected as the new president of KOK. At the same time, Dave and Leah's relationship begins to blossom based on honesty, while Doofer finds a promising connection with one of the DOG girls.

The brothers’ experience leads Dave to challenge the fraternity's toxic culture and begin a new chapter in his life. The relationships forged during this journey promise a partnership built on respect and trust.
