Alone in a nightclub, the reserved Lui encounters the sensitive yet troubled punk Ama. Fascinated by Ama’s split tongue, she becomes fixated on body modification and seeks the same alteration. When Ama’s heavily‑tattooed friend Shiba pierces Lui’s tongue, she is drawn to both men and, spurred by her expanding cravings, adds a tattoo of her own.
