Slaughter’s Big Rip-Off

Slaughter, a hardened Vietnam veteran and ex-Green Beret, has avenged his parents by killing the gangster responsible in Mexico. He relocates to Los Angeles, hoping to leave the violence behind. The city offers him a chance at a tranquil life, but memories still haunt him.

Slaughter attends a friend's lavish outdoor picnic and celebration in LA. Unbeknownst to him, Duncan, a new crime boss, is after him for killing ex-Mafia boss Dominic Hoffo. The party's festive mood sets the stage for a deadly confrontation to come.

An old World War I biplane suddenly flies by the outdoor celebration and fires on the guests. The attack results in the graphic headshot death of Slaughter's friend, reigniting the killer rage he thought he had left behind. The carnage shatters the party and sets Slaughter on edge.

Duncan's initial attempt to eliminate Slaughter ends in failure, inadvertently waking the dormant fury inside him. The failed hit makes Slaughter realize the mob's reach and confirms that his past is not behind him. The incident redefines his sense of danger and resolve.

Duncan commissions a new hitman, Kirk, to capture or kill Slaughter and end his threat. The hiring signals that the mob is escalating its pursuit and won't back off easily. Slaughter's path becomes even more dangerous as a professional killer is put on his trail.

Slaughter's girlfriend, Marcia, becomes a target of the mob under Duncan's orders, aimed at provoking Slaughter into a rash act. The threat heightens the danger and personal stakes for Slaughter. The mob's pressure pushes him toward decisive action.

Slaughter teams up with Reynolds to obtain confidential Mafia documents. They recruit a drug-addicted pimp to assist them in breaking into Duncan's safe house and make their escape with the documents. The plan marks a bold shift from avoidance to active opposition.

During the break-in, Slaughter and his pimp ally fight off guards and succeed in escaping with the Mafia documents. The confrontation intensifies the mob's fury, confirming that the war on Slaughter is far from over. The documents represent a strategic victory for him, though the danger remains.

In response to Slaughter's new move against the Mafia, Duncan sends Kirk to kidnap Slaughter's girlfriend, Marcia. The plan reveals Duncan's willingness to threaten what Slaughter loves most as coercion. This marks a dangerous escalation in the mob conflict.
