William Lewis and his two children, Grace and Oliver, lead a family-run private military firm known as Black Swans. Grace, being the most skilled among them, is groomed to take over the company, setting the stage for the family's gripping narrative.

William and his team are called upon by SAS commander George Clements to clear a gas pipeline through the secluded Gveli Pass in Georgia. In an effort to evacuate the villagers peacefully, Clements attempts to bribe them, but resistance to the evacuation leads to catastrophic consequences.

After failed negotiations, Grace makes the chilling decision to eliminate all men and boys in the village, instilling terror among the survivors. This horrific act culminates in the complete destruction of the village as Grace ignites it in flames, marking a dark turning point for the Black Swans.

Amidst the chaos, a young girl captures the heinous acts of the Black Swans on film. This footage becomes crucial evidence that leads to the family's indictment for crimes against humanity, igniting a legal battle on an international scale.

The International Criminal Court demands the extradition of William and the Black Swans from the UK to the Hague for trial. As the case unfolds, the family's transgressions are brought to light, much to the concern of the British Prime Minister, Atwood.

Realizing that William’s testimony could expose Clements and jeopardize his power, Atwood covertly instructs Clements to assassinate William. This leads to rising tensions as the shadows of danger loom over the Lewis family.

Knowing of the imminent SAS operation against them, William chooses to stay and fight. The SAS launches a fierce raid, resulting in the deaths of many operatives, portraying the lethal efficiency of both sides in this emerging conflict.

SAS operator Tom Buckingham sets out on a romantic train journey to propose to his partner, Dr. Sophie Hart. However, their plans go awry when remnants of the Black Swans, led by Grace, hijack the train in a frantic hostage situation.

As Tom alerts his friend Sgt. Declan Smith about the hijacking, he quickly learns that Major Bisset is in cahoots with Grace, undermining their efforts. The internal betrayal intensifies the danger faced by the hostages and true intentions of the Black Swans.

The train is halted in the tunnel, leading to chaos as Grace detonates explosives to create panic among the hostages. Meanwhile, the SAS assembles on the other side, aware of the critical situation they must resolve.

Tom courageously escapes and traps several assailants, fighting to rescue Sophie, who refuses to leave the hostages. Their love and commitment are tested as Tom must navigate through the hostility while ensuring Sophie’s safety.

In a fierce showdown, the SAS attempts a bold assault from the rear of the train, but they are met with decisive counterattacks from Oliver. As the situation becomes increasingly dire, Grace reveals her deep intentions by demanding a ransom from the gas company.

Grace manages to negotiate a hefty ransom while also exposing the Prime Minister's machinations through social media. As the urgency increases, Tom discovers that Declan has been betraying him, adding to the complexity and danger of the standoff.

With explosive tensions and a collapsing structure, Grace narrowly escapes through a gas pipeline, pursued by Tom. In a harrowing climax, Tom ultimately defeats Grace, but the effects of the chaos have left their marks.
