Raw Justice

A man sneaks into Donna's home while she is preparing to shower and murders her. The killing shocks New Orleans and triggers a police and political response.

Mayor David Stiles calls in his daughter's former fiancé, Mace, a cop-turned-bounty hunter, to bring in the killer. The request pulls Mace into a high-stakes case and strains relationships with the regular police.

Mitch McCallum, who once dated Donna, is arrested and accused of the murder. He insists that he is innocent and that someone is framing him.

Mace intensifies his pursuit of the killer and works outside normal police channels. He becomes deeply involved in the case, despite friction with Detective Atkins.

A bomb planted in Mitch's home nearly kills him, proving the attackers will stop at nothing. Mace and Mitch barely survive and decide to keep working together.

Mace deduces Deputy Mayor Bob Jenkins is behind Donna's murder and the plot to cripple Mayor Stiles. He begins to close in on Jenkins as they are pursued through the bayou.

Jenkins confesses to Mayor Stiles that he is the mastermind behind the murder. Atkins continues to pursue the trio across the bayou as the chase tightens.

The trio is cornered in a clip joint, and Mace fights through the guards. Mace uses a giant dart to kill Atkins, removing a major pursuer. Jenkins tightens his grip on the mayor as they search for an exit.

Jenkins takes Mayor Stiles hostage and demands safe passage out of the city. The mayor is used as leverage to force a getaway.

Jenkins shoots Mayor Stiles in the shoulder; a helicopter arrives for Jenkins, who releases the mayor and prepares to escape. The moment is chaotic as reinforcements close in.

Disguising himself as Jenkins's pilot, Mace jumps to safety just before the helicopter slams into a skyscraper, killing Jenkins. The city begins to recover as the mastermind is defeated.
