Nandu is actually Ramu, who was in love with Ammulu. Nagabhushanam, along with his son Bhikshapathi and Home Minister Umapathi, was involved in a land-grabbing scheme that led to Ammulu's death when she was attacked. By killing Nagabhushanam and reminding him of Ammulu, Ramu seeks vengeance for the tragedy that destroyed his first love.

Earlier, Nandu's involvement in dangerous situations and his mysterious connection to Akarsha hint at deeper motives beyond simple romance.

Nandu's real name is Ramu. He adopted the alias Nandu after disappearing from Adityapuram following Ammulu's death. The name change represents his attempt to start a new life in Hyderabad away from the traumatic past, though he ultimately returns to seek justice for Ammulu.

His carefree exterior masks deeper emotional wounds that gradually surface as the story unfolds.

Nandu initially uses Akarsha to get closer to her father Nagabhushanam as part of his revenge plan. However, as he spends time with Akarsha, genuine feelings develop between them. Akarsha gradually falls for him, and their relationship becomes authentic despite starting from manipulative intentions.

The blackmail scheme involving his neighbor Asha Jyothi shows Nandu is willing to use people to achieve his goals.

Ammulu was attacked and killed when Bhikshapathi and others targeted her, leading to her brutal death. This tragedy shatters the approval of her marriage to Ramu and sends Ramu into hiding in Hyderabad. Her death fuels Ramu's entire revenge mission against Nagabhushanam and Bhikshapathi.

During the wedding ambush, Nagabhushanam is attacked and frightened. He instinctively seeks help from Nandu, not knowing that Nandu is actually Ramu seeking revenge against him. This desperate choice leads to Nandu killing him, completing part of his vengeance mission.

The tense atmosphere at the wedding and Nagabhushanam's criminal dealings set up this dangerous encounter.

Nandu involves his neighbor Asha Jyothi in a blackmail scheme to get closer to Akarsha, but this tactic backfires by pulling him deeper into dangerous territory.
