Following a crushing defeat and the destruction of the Megazord, Earth's governments make a controversial truce with the Machine Empire, leading to the disbanding of the Power Rangers. Years later, Rocky, the former Red Ranger, now working with the Machine Empire and bearing a prosthetic leg, questions his past decisions regarding the Rangers as child soldiers. He relentlessly interrogates a captive Kimberly, the former Pink Ranger, seeking information about Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger, while revealing the fates of the other Rangers through flashbacks.
