Pithamagan

An anonymous woman dies during childbirth in the graveyard. The infant Chiththan is found by the graveyard caretaker Mu Ramaswamy and brought into a life among the dead. He grows with a beast-like instinct but retains a surprising loyalty to others.

Chiththan is raised by Mu Ramaswamy in the graveyard, learning to survive with minimal human contact. He moves through the tombs and earth like a creature of the night, yet his longing for connection surfaces in small acts of loyalty.

As a youth, he ventures into a nearby town to scavenge for sustenance. He quickly discovers that money and social rules are foreign to him, landing in trouble due to his naive behavior.

Gomathi sees Chiththan's loyalty and kindness and takes him in. She arranges for him to work under Sekar Vasudevan, a powerful figure in the local marijuana trade.

A drug raid targets Sekar's operation, and Chiththan ends up imprisoned as an associate. The arrest pulls him deeper into the underworld, even as his innocence remains in part intact.

In prison, Sakthi, a clever con artist, meets Chiththan and chooses to shield the newer inmate. Their bond grows on sympathy and protection, with Chiththan's loyalty directed toward his unlikely guardian.

Years pass as Sakthi serves his term, and he clashes with Sekar to secure Chiththan's release. After a tense confrontation, Chiththan is finally freed and returns to the world above ground.

Upon release, Chiththan follows Sekar's orders and commits a murder by burning the body of a victim. The act anchors him deeper in Sekar's ruthless operation.

Realizing Chiththan is being pulled further into crime, Sakthi intervenes to protect him from a life tied to the marijuana fields. He urges him to return to a safer path and distances him from Sekar's circle.

A quiet romance blossoms between Sakthi and Manju, while Chiththan senses a kinship with Gomathi, who treats him with unexpected gentleness.

The police close in on the murder case, and Chiththan is arrested again, tightening Sekar's hold on the operation. The case looms large as investigators close the net.

Sakthi persuades Chiththan to align with the police as an informant, hoping to steer him toward a safer path. However, Sekar violently turns on Sakthi, killing him and dumping his body in the middle of the road.

Chiththan processes Sakthi's death and awakens to the truth of his friend's fate as dawn reveals the burnt remains. The emotional shock unlocks fury, agony, and a sense of betrayal.

Fueled by revenge, Chiththan sets fire to the marijuana fields and begins a brutal pursuit through the village streets.

The final blow comes when Chiththan sinks his teeth into Sekar's neck, ending the tyrant's life and his own tether to the world he loathed. He leaves the village behind with a new, brutal understanding of loyalty and power.
