Piranhaconda

A team led by Professor Lovegrove studies eggs from two gigantic piranha-anaconda hybrids on a sunlit Hawaiian island. One of the serpents crashes into the lab, decimating the facility and killing the scientists. Lovegrove narrowly escapes into the jungle as the survivors' scientific curiosity quickly curdles into survival fear.

The jungle becomes the new arena as Lovegrove evades the deadly creatures. Meanwhile the rest of the lab team is wiped out.

On the same island, Milo and his film crew stagger into real danger when criminals led by Pike and his girlfriend Talia capture them. They are held for ransom in an abandoned mill, along with Lovegrove, who was spotted wandering the jungle. The capture turns the melodrama into a survival ordeal.

The hostages realize their odds depend on courage, quick thinking, and teamwork. Milo devises a distraction to buy time, while Jack and Gunner spearhead a counterstrike to break free. The group sets explosives and makes a plan to reach safety.

During the breakout, a stray bullet ends Gunner's life just as the team nears the mill's exit. The plan loses momentum, but the group presses on, driven by the need to survive. Milo, Rose, Jack, Kimmy, and Lovegrove regroup to pursue a new path to safety.

A colossal green piranhaconda erupts at the mill's perimeter, tearing through cages and silence. Talia is claimed in a brutal strike, illustrating the island's merciless danger. The remaining captives realize their escape will require more than luck.

On winding jungle roads, Pike uses an anti-tank rocket to stop the group's car, but the missile instead tears into a snake, triggering a brutal duel between the two serpents. The yellow-hued predator is drawn to the blood and the group sees a slim chance to slip away. The caravan fights to keep moving as the world narrows to jungle and teeth.

With the car running on fumes, the fugitives push toward a marina in hope of finding a vessel to outrun the beasts. The snakes linger as the criminals pursue, turning the island into a pinball of danger. The group dodges one final obstacle before the next hunt begins.

Milo escapes the mill and stumbles upon a survivor girl whose fiancé was killed by the snakes. They discover a nest of eggs and the girl begins destroying them, provoking the guardian serpent to return with ravenous ferocity. The stakes escalate as the nest becomes a new battleground.

The survivors reach a marina and find a working boat, providing a sliver of hope. Jack plots to lure the remaining snake into a detonated car as a diversion, but the tense standoff is interrupted by the arrival of Pike and his gang. A second green snake appears, increasing the danger.

Kimmy races toward the detonator as the plan unfolds, but a fatal strike from the pursuing snake cuts her down before she can trigger the explosion. Rose and Lovegrove push forward in the chaos, trying to secure the others' escape. The survivors race to the water as the night tightens around them.

On the water, Rose realizes Lovegrove is carrying an egg belonging to the serpents, a beacon that has driven the hunt. In a heartbreaking choice, she pushes Lovegrove off the boat to sacrifice him to the creature, leaving the egg behind and continuing the chase. The boat powers on as the serpent closes in.

Rose and Jack reach the shore and rig an explosive to the egg container, luring the yellow snake toward a waterfall and detonating the device. It seems they have dissuaded the predator and bought a moment of safety for the survivors. The final twist arrives as another snake appears.

Just as hope returns, the second green piranhaconda arrives and consumes Rose and Jack, ending their struggle in a brutal, bleak close. The island resumes its deceptive beauty as a silent witness to the carnage. The survivors' fate remains uncertain as the screen fades.
