In the village of Altdorf, the arrival of a Nazi stormtrooper platoon forces residents to confront Chancellor Hitler’s regime. While some villagers eagerly join the Party or simply endure in hopes of a quiet life, the gentle Pastor Hall refuses to be intimidated, preaching resistance from the pulpit and standing firm in his convictions against the imposed “New Order.”
