Suryamangalathu Brahmadathan Namboothiri arrives in Bhrahmadesham with a singular mission: to capture the lingering ghost troubling the village. He teams up with a steadfast local maiden who helps subdue the spirit and seal its power using a sacred anklet. Before leaving, he warns the villagers that disturbing the anklet could awaken a reborn menace that will echo through the generations.

The village’s fate becomes entangled in a cruel twist of birth and identity: the maiden who aided Brahmadathan becomes pregnant, and so does his official wife. The two births take place at the same location, and the babies are swapped, setting off a chain of inheritance disputes that will haunt the family for years. This swap quietly forms the foundation for a struggle over lineage and power within the shadowy house.

A few years later, Gouridasan Namboothiri finds himself living in poverty with his mother and sisters after the death of his father. His elder brother’s schemes push him to the margins of the family’s once-proud line, and the miseries are exploited by the same scheming forces that haunted Brahmadathan’s house. He must confront these powers to claim what is owed to him.

To regain legal rights, Gouridasan and his friend Ayyappankutty slip into the role of impostors, pretending to be priests who have appeared to quell a vampire threat. They aim to seize crucial papers that would validate his claim to the ancestral property. Anamika, Gouridasan’s cousin, learns of the deception and advises retrieving the anklet from the village temple and securing a matching relic from the palace.

They soon discover that the danger is not mere trickery but a supernatural force—a vampire ghost tied to the family bloodline. The quest to recover the rightful protections and papers becomes a race against this haunting, drawing them back to the very place where the first ghost was subdued. The truth reveals that the past threat is more intimate than they understood.

In Bhrahmadesham, Gouridasan meets Seemanthini and marries her in a ceremony witnessed by a tribal community. Unbeknownst to him, Seemanthini is the reborn vampire haunting the family, turning the marriage into a perilous pact that could bend the living to a dark fate.

Manickan, a son from the other lineage, begins to uncover his true parentage and travels to the palace in disguise to seek his place within a world that already defines him. His ascent adds a glimmer of hope and tension as loyalties shift and generations begin to intersect.

Gouridasan brings Seemanthini home and presents her as his daughter, while a magical frog named Vamanam surfaces and helps reveal Seemanthini’s true nature as a vampire. The revelation unsettles the family, yet Gouridasan remains resolved to protect his lineage and his loved ones.

A dramatic dance duel between Anamika and Seemanthini marks a turning point, a symbolic clash of life and undead forces. After the confrontation, Seemanthini is chosen as Gouridasan’s wife, deepening the central conflict and testing the bonds of consent and family loyalty.

On the wedding night, Seemanthini attempts to consummate the union, but Surya Namboothiri interrupts with a shocking confession of crimes against women. Seemanthini reveals her vampiric form and attacks Surya, shocking Gouridasan. He pleads with Anamika to participate in an ancient ritual, hoping the maiden’s presence can restrain the vampire.

The confrontation escalates when Surya is slain and the vampire returns. Seemanthini witnesses Gouridasan entangled with Anamika, provoking the vampire’s rage. Gouridasan uses the chaos to press his advantage and defeats the vampire, turning the tide of a struggle that has spanned generations.

After the battle, Gouridasan and Anamika find a way to build a life together, easing the family’s burdens and laying the past to rest. The village’s legends fade into memory as a fragile peace settles over the lineage, inviting a future built on resilience and renewed belonging.
