The Prince, a notorious leader of the Russian Mafia, initiates a money laundering scheme by setting up a new bank in London. He pressures financial oligarchs to transfer their accounts to him, weaving a complex web of deceit and danger.

The situation darkens when the first oligarch who resists the Prince is brutally murdered along with his family by a chilling blue-eyed assassin. This violent act sets a tone of fear for all who might challenge the Prince's power.

While vacationing in Morocco, Perry MacKendrick forms an unexpected friendship with Dima, a Russian known for his exceptional memory. Their bond strengthens as they enjoy drinks and tennis together, leading to an invitation to Dima's daughter's birthday party.

During the birthday party, Dima discreetly hands Perry a USB drive containing explosive information about corrupt British politicians and businessmen linked to the Russian mafia. He urgently implores Perry to deliver this evidence to MI6 for their protection.

Upon returning to London, Perry meets with MI6 agent Hector to present the USB drive. Hector's investigation uncovers a covert meeting between the Prince and politician Aubrey Longrigg, highlighting the extent of the collaboration between crime and politics.

Hector's personal vendetta against Longrigg complicates matters, as he believes Longrigg tipped off the police regarding his son's drug activities. This betrayal leaves Hector at odds with his superior Billy, who hesitates to authorize an investigation.

Despite the obstacles, Hector convinces Perry and his wife Gail to meet Dima in France, where tensions mount as Dima reveals his clients' identities. Perry learns that each client received hefty endorsements for the new bank, with Longrigg receiving the largest payout.

Emilio, the Prince's consigliere, suspects the MacKendricks and sends his henchman Niki to intimidate them. A tense confrontation unfolds when Perry intervenes to save a woman from Niki's attack, rekindling his strained relationship with Gail.

As the danger intensifies, Perry learns from Hector that their operation involves capturing Dima and his family after signing their bank accounts over. Gail heroically rescues Dima’s wife and children, showcasing their growing peril.

Just as they prepare to return to London, Hector receives devastating news that Longrigg has influenced the Home Office to deny asylum for Dima's family. Despite Hector's withdrawal from their mission, the MacKendricks refuse to abandon Dima.

The group relocates to a safe house in the French Alps, but their refuge is shattered when Dima's daughter makes contact with her bodyguard. The communication triggers a brutal attack by the blue-eyed assassin, leading to a fierce battle.

As they fend off the assassin, Dima and the agents are drawn into a life-and-death struggle in the forest. In a crucial moment, Perry intervenes, enabling Dima to take revenge and reclaim some control over his chaotic life.

Back in London, Hector successfully alerts the Treasury Office to the Prince's illicit bank operations, paving the way for Dima's family's safety. A helicopter extraction plan materializes, contingent upon Dima's recollection of vital details.

As they approach the helicopter rendezvous, Dima asks Perry to stay behind, leading to a heart-wrenching moment. The helicopter explodes over the Alps, resulting in the loss of Dima and Hector's agent, while the Prince's bank flourishes in London.

In the aftermath, Dima's family is granted asylum through Hector's efforts. Perry receives an ornate pistol from Dima as a parting gift, only to later discover a hidden message inside that reveals names and accounts of the corrupt Britons.
