Tony is a self-employed hitman who will do anything for money. He meets Niharika during a terror attack on his way to Kashmir by bus. They manage to escape, and Tony falls head over heels in love with her, but she leaves for Hyderabad before learning about his feelings.
Later, Niharika is living with her friend Chitra when Tony locates her and arrives to declare his love, convinced that she felt the same way when they escaped Kashmir.
Niharika is then engaged to Rakesh, the minister’s son, and is soon to marry him. But Rakesh and his father are actually arms smugglers, a danger that Tony inadvertently encounters.
Rakesh asks Tony to meet him, but Tony calls Niharika and tells her to hide and listen to their conversation. She overhears Rakesh saying that if Niharika does not marry him, he will kill her and anyone she loves. Niharika learns about Rakesh’s true identity and leaves him.
Niharika realises she is in love with Tony and calls him, but she remains unaware of his real profession.
Tony is kidnapped by Rakesh and Irfan Bhai, the younger brother of a Dubai-based gangster, Ajju Bhai. He kills Irfan, Rakesh, and his father, thus becoming a target of Ajju Bhai’s gang and the Hyderabad police. When Tony, Niharika, and Chitra leave to attend religious services at a temple, Chitra witnesses Tony killing the DCP Vikram Sinha, the investigating officer.
Tony reveals to Chitra his backstory: his father was a Mumbai gangster who, on his deathbed, asked Tony to reform and do something good that people would remember long after their deaths. He also divulges that Niharika’s elder brother Surya was an undercover cop in Ajju Bhai’s gang, and his superior Vikram Sinha had double-crossed Surya by revealing his real identity to Ajju Bhai. Ajju had Surya and his family killed, including Niharika.
Surya was branded a traitor in the news, and Niharika was the lone survivor, though a bullet lodged in her head began to erase her memories. Tony learned about the injustice when he first met Niharika, and he vowed to avenge Surya’s death. Niharika recognises one person and then loses her memory again.
Tony has been killing for Niharika, but with her memory loss she cannot remember. He asks Chitra not to reveal Niharika’s past, and Chitra realises that Tony is acting for the right reasons.
Ajju Bhai learns that Niharika survived and mortally wounds Chitra, mistaking her for Niharika, and frames Tony for Chitra’s death. Tony tracks down Ajju Bhai and his men, and Niharika arrives to reveal that Ajju Bhai killed Chitra and to urge Tony to avenge Chitra’s death. Before dying, Chitra reveals to Niharika that Ajju Bhai shot her and laid bare her past.
Tony confronts Ajju Bhai, exposing Niharika’s family history and her true identity, and he kills Ajju Bhai.
In the end, Tony proves Surya’s identity as a cop to the world and his own innocence. A few days later, he reunites with Niharika, who does not remember the recent events. The film closes with Tony vowing to always love and protect her, even as he warns that he will kill anyone who dares harm her.
