A hardened Texas Ranger tracks a bank robber across the desert, but the chase reveals a far more dangerous truth: the criminal is an international terrorist planning attacks in London. As the Ranger faces mounting personal losses, he joins forces with a determined British agent. Together, they must stop the terrorist and his plot, regardless of the sacrifice.
