One Ranger

At the end of “One Ranger,” Alex Tyree successfully tracks down Declan McBride, a dangerous terrorist. After a series of intense pursuits and fights, Alex manages to injure Declan during a confrontation in Mexico, thwarting his plan to detonate a nuclear bomb in London. Throughout the film, Declan’s efforts to use the bomb as a fear tactic are ultimately unfulfilled, as he is left without the backing of his former employer, Aden Kashmiri, who no longer wants him to execute the attack. In the final scenes, Alex captures Declan alive, shooting his gang in a showdown in Mexico, and hands him over to law enforcement. Despite the film’s deficiencies, this ending emphasizes the character’s resilience and the ongoing fight against terrorism, suggesting that Alex’s mission isn’t over but continues beyond the movie’s end.”
