In a quiet American restaurant, Gon studies the little girl at her table, setting a grim tone for what follows. His calm attention hints at something dangerous beneath the surface. The scene establishes the distance between him and the world around him.

Gon travels to the warehouse behind the eatery where Ha Yoon-guk is negotiating with Russian thugs. He eliminates the group with cold precision and retrieves Yun-guk's laptop. A sound behind the door reveals the little girl followed him, and her death brutalizes him, driving him toward alcohol and silence.

Gon and his Colombian teammates return to their boss, Dai-Ban. Alvaro's punch after a provocation seeds a rift and a vendetta takes shape. Gon warns Dai-Ban that the home is off limits and that men should not be sent there again.

The assignment moves to Seoul, where Gon must find Mo-gyeong, the little girl's mother. He begins quietly studying her routine and her hospital visits to the ailing mother. The mission forces him to confront the girl's memory directly.

Detective Park explains that Mo-gyeong's supervisor John Lee may have ties to organized crime. Yun-guk had gained access to John Lee's accounts to launder money and began selling leverage to the Russian mob. Park asks Mo-gyeong whether her husband left any evidence that could implicate John Lee.

Mo-gyeong's life becomes entangled with law enforcement and corruption as her daughter's memory haunts her. Visits to the hospital compound her stress and blur the line between fear and duty. The weight of past trauma presses in as the case deepens.

Asing, a Chinese-American street assassin, is sent by Dai-Ban to eliminate Mo-gyeong after the other loose ends. Gon arrives just in time to defend her, engaging in a brutal confrontation. Asing escapes briefly but returns to threaten Mo-gyeong in a parking lot, where Gon kills him.

Dai-Ban sends Chaoz, Juan, and Alvaro to Seoul to locate Gon. Chaoz executes a swift kill of a black-market arms dealer and his bodyguard, clearing a path to Mo-gyeong's apartment. The danger tightens around the mother and child.

Inside Mo-gyeong's apartment, she discovers a pen-drive containing a crucial file. Park's subordinate betrays Park, shoots him, and hands the drive to John Lee. The balance of power shifts as the file falls into the wrong hands.

Byun's thugs move in to kill Mo-gyeong, but Gon intervenes by warning her and stepping into the line of fire. He fights off several attackers while Chaoz and Juan arrive, and Mo-gyeong luckily escapes amid the chaos.

The fight intensifies as Juan and Alvaro press their advantage, but Gon outmaneuvers them. Juan shoots Alvaro, and Gon uses an improvised microwave explosive to eliminate Juan, turning the fight in his favor. Mo-gyeong fights to stay alive as the attackers are driven back.

Byun finds Mo-gyeong and tries to brutalize her, but she defends herself and stabs him to death. The emotional toll remains high as the immediate threat is removed. The scene marks a turning point for Mo-gyeong and for Gon.

Gon urges Mo-gyeong to shoot the next intruder, believing it will reveal the killer of her daughter. He returns to the scene but is shot by Mo-gyeong herself. Chaoz arrives and steadies Gon's hand as he dies, preventing further bloodshed.

A final flashback reveals Gon's mother, who abandoned him in the United States and later killed herself. The memory carries a quiet hope that they could have had a better life if they had moved to America, fueling his quiet grief at the end.
