Abhiram, N.T. Rama Rao Jr., the youngest son of London-based businessman Subrahmanyam Rajendra Prasad, quits his job to found KMC Pipes and Canals and leads the company through its first project in Spain. Soon after, he learns that his father is battling pancreatic cancer and given only a month or so to live. Subrahmanyam reveals that his real name is Ramesh Chandra Prasad, once London’s richest entrepreneur who was ruined by the cunning Krishna Murthy Koutilya Jagapati Babu. With that confession, he asks his three sons to avenge him.
Abhiram’s brothers pretend to back him by telling their father they’ve filed a lawsuit against Krishna Murthy, but Abhiram chooses to act on his own. He sets a hard 30-day deadline to bring Krishna Murthy down and enlists three young men who are shown to deeply love their fathers. To reach Krishna Murthy, he targets Divyanka, Divya for short, the man’s daughter, and she Rakul Preet Singh reciprocates his feelings after he saves her from a kidnapping and spends nearly all their family savings on a ₹25 crore painting.
At Divya’s birthday party, Abhiram finally comes face to face with Krishna Murthy, who recognizes him as the son of Ramesh Chandra Prasad. Meanwhile, Subrahmanyam’s health takes a turn for the worse and he is hospitalized. Abhiram’s elder brother Vamsi, Rajiv Kanakala, learns that Abhiram spent a fortune on the painting and cuts ties with him.
Krishna Murthy plants a bug in Abhiram’s lair, and the leak exposes Abhiram’s real plan to Divya, who then questions him and ends their relationship. Krishna Murthy also takes control of the People Oil and Natural Gas project in Europe from Kapil Sinha, also known as Satpal Singh Ashish Vidhyarthi, in Spain. Abhiram chases them with his team, only to be captured by Divya’s henchmen who are acting to uncover his scheme. He regains Divya’s trust and even arranges for her to meet her mother, who has been imprisoned since Divya was a child, with whom she had never reconciled, while Divya’s mother is portrayed by Madhoo Madhoo.
The plot thickens as Krishna Murthy, posing as Abhiram, sends a false message to Vamsi about their father’s death, triggering a furious reaction. An alarming turn comes when Abhiram opens a bouquet from Krishna Murthy and finds a deathstalker venomously nestled inside; he must locate an antidote that isn’t available in ordinary pharmacies. A sequence of escalating dangers puts Abhiram and his brothers at risk, and Abhiram ultimately locates the antidote, saving his brothers but getting caught up in a medical-drug controversy that leads to his arrest. His elder brother then bails him out, and the brothers repair their fraught alliance.
As the dust settles, it’s revealed that the painting gifted to Krishna Murthy actually contained a hidden camera, and Abhiram had anticipated Krishna Murthy’s moves all along. Using the information he uncovers, Abhiram transfers a staggering sum—₹40,000 crore (US$4.7 billion)—into his family account, exposing Krishna Murthy’s fraud. The supposed European gas field isn’t real: the “gas” is secured through tunnels connected to Abhiram’s KMC operations, a scheme the film titles as Krishna Murthy Mosam Chese company. Kapil Sinha is unveiled to be Satpal Singh, Subrahmanyam’s former adviser and lifelong ally who has supported Abhiram from the start. Krishna Murthy’s arc ends with a mirrored fate to Ramesh Chandra Prasad, and he disappears by rebranding himself as Subrahmanyam.
Divya and her mother finally move in with Abhiram’s family, and though Ramesh Chandra Prasad dies of his illness, he smiles at the end, knowing his enemy’s life has been ruined. At the funeral, Abhiram watches the ceremony with stoic resolve, convinced that tears would mark a moment of weakness, not victory. The tale closes on a note of vindication, as the family threads finally knit together around Abhiram’s unwavering resolve.
