My Super Psycho Sweet 16: Part 2

A flashback reveals Charlie Rotter, the Roller Dome's owner, murdering two teenagers and dismembering four others after they insulted him. His six-year-old daughter Skye calls the police, leading to his arrest. The horrifying history casts a long shadow over Skye's life for years to come.

A news report states that Charlie Rotter was believed to have died in a bus accident while being transported to prison. Though the case seems closed, the world never forgets the danger he posed. Skye listens, aware that his return could threaten her again.

Ten years pass and Skye is now a high school student who dreams of becoming an artist. She is ostracized by classmates for being the killer's daughter and lives with her aunt, trying to keep a low profile. Her talent and sensitivity contrast with the brutal legacy that follows her.

Skye encounters Brigg Jenner and his friend Kevin Donaldson. Kevin mocks Skye, but she wins some of Brigg's interest with a playful jab. Olivia Wade, one of Madison's friends, witnesses the moment and rushes to tell Madison and the others about what happened.

Madison decides Skye must be punished for the perceived insult. Lilly McFadden, who harbors genuine resentment toward Madison, hints that Madison deserves retribution and urges Brigg to act, but Skye refuses to escalate the feud.

After swim class, Skye discovers her gym locker smeared with red paint, and her clothes are torn with a taunting message. Madison continues to harass her, and Lilly tells Skye that Madison is behind it. The confrontation leaves Skye shaken and wary of the party planned later.

Derek McNamara reveals his plan to crash Madison's party and enlists Skye's participation. He reconnects with Lilly in the roller-dome basement, but Kevin interrupts, threatens Derek, and locks him in a storage room. Lilly later frees him and the two grow closer.

Skye crashes Madison's Sweet 16 at the Roller Dome, hoping to provoke her. The party planner makes inappropriate advances toward Madison and is killed by Charlie, who has survived the bus crash and lurks among the guests.

Chloe plans a prank by ambushing Skye in the bathroom and spraying her with a fire extinguisher. Chloe is attacked by Charlie, who silently murders her, escalating the panic and fear among the partygoers.

Lilly happens upon the birthday car present, but Charlie drives the car toward her and then slashes her throat when she flees back inside. The brutal assault adds to the pandemonium engulfing the Roller Dome.

Brigg confronts Charlie in a brutal balcony fight while Derek's distraction with the DJ booth aids Skye and Madison's escape attempt. Brigg is hurled off the balcony and presumed dead; Derek is strangled by Charlie as the chaos spirals toward the basement.

In the basement, Skye and Madison wake bound to a table. Skye confronts Charlie with their history, but ultimately, she traps him inside with Madison and escapes. Police arrive to find Madison dead and Charlie missing as Skye drives away in Madison's car; the final image hints at Skye's lingering darkness through a self-portrait she drew for Brigg in the hospital nightmare.
