Motel Hell

On a farm attached to Motel Hello, Vincent Smith and his sister Ida run a deadly hospitality business. Their smoked meats are revealed to be human flesh, as they trap victims along the nearby roads. The victims are buried in a secret garden up to their necks and kept quiet by having their vocal cords cut, waiting for the harvest.

In the secret garden, victims are kept alive and fed until they are chosen for processing. Vincent and Ida treat the people as animals, maintaining control through routine and fear. The garden becomes the gruesome centerpiece of Motel Hello’s operation.

Ida assists Vincent in the killings and shares the belief that victims are merely animals. The siblings’ bond underpins the motel’s grisly routine, with Ida often watching Vincent’s back. Their partnership makes the crime feel intimate and personal.

Vincent sabotages a motorcycle, leaving Bo trapped in the garden as a victim. He then brings Terry to Motel Hello, introducing her to the motel’s macabre hospitality. This marks the beginning of a dangerous dynamic between Vincent and Terry.

Vincent teaches Terry how to smoke meat, deepening their bond. Ida grows increasingly jealous and even tries to drown Terry, but Vincent intervenes to save her. Terry’s fear slowly shifts into a dangerous admiration for Vincent.

Bruce and Terry discover Ida buried head-first in the secret garden, sealing Motel Hello’s grim legacy. They contemplate burning down the evil establishment, and the neon sign finally short-circuits, darkening the O. The credits roll as the sign explodes, ending Motel Hello’s reign.
