During a night shift, Dev Prakash informs his friend Gaurav that he has proposed to Shalu and she accepted. Soon after, the Unicorn factory's robot malfunctions and kills Dev, turning the incident into a fatal accident. The company closes the case as an accident and safety officer Faridi Baig is fired.

At Unicorn's 50th anniversary, Jayant Arkhedkar is promoted to the board of directors and becomes engaged to Nikki Adhikari. He begins an affair with Monica Machado, who reveals she is pregnant and begins blackmail using photos. The blackmail escalates into a plan tied to the anniversary celebrations.

Monica hands over the pregnancy to Jayant as leverage, and the trio—Nishikant, Arvind, and Jayant—devise a plan to murder Monica. They sign a contract as a failsafe in case anyone backs out, agreeing on roles: Nishikant kills Monica, Jayant transports the body, and Arvind disposes of it. The plan seems to be on track until a leopard interrupts their attempt in the jungle.

While trying to dump Monica's body in the jungle, the trio are forced to flee after a leopard appears. The plan collapses as fear and circumstances force a retreat rather than completion. The tension between the conspirators deepens as the risk of exposure grows.

The next day, Monica is revealed to be alive, while Nishikant's body is discovered by wildlife photographers. ACP Naidu launches an investigation into the Unicorn office death, and Arvind and Jayant grow suspicious that Monica was involved. The web of deceit begins to unravel as authorities take a closer look.

Arvind receives a parcel containing a venomous snake that kills him, and Jayant receives a similar parcel but manages to escape. He later receives a text with a photo of their contract, escalating the sense that someone is orchestrating the deaths. The sense of danger closes in around the core conspirators.

Jayant goes to the Unicorn factory roof to retrieve the contract as instructed by the text, only to be pushed from behind by Gaurav. He survives and discovers that the contract he holds is only a photocopy, not the original. The rift between Jayant and Gaurav widens as distrust grows.

Jayant visits Monica's house intending to kill her, but his conscience stops him. Monica denies killing Nishikant and Arvind and hints at knowing who the real killer is. Before she can reveal it, she dies from snake venom added to her wine.

Later, Jayant learns that the internal investigation blamed Dev’s death on faulty robot technology, but Satyanarayan had covered it up and fired Faridi instead. The truth about the murder is starting to surface, shattering the official narrative.

Jayant, along with Faridi, visits the Unicorn factory and checks the robot’s manual access logs, revealing that Gaurav killed Dev. Gaurav attacks again with the same robot, and he admits to killing Nishikant and Arvind, though he denies killing Monica. The tangled web of killings begins to clarify.

Nishikant had been using Gaurav as a minion after seeing Dev’s murder. When Nishikant pressures Gaurav to kill Monica or be exposed to Shalu, Gaurav snaps and murders Nishikant, then proceeds to 'clean house' including targeting Jayant. The power dynamics behind the killings become clearer, with Gaurav at the center of the violence.

In a climactic showdown, Jayant uses a hidden watch to seize control of the murderous robot and kills Gaurav in self-defense. He tells Shalu and the police that Gaurav was behind Dev, Nishikant, Arvind, and Monica’s murders, attempting to pin more on him. The mystery of the factory murders reaches a critical turning point.

During a press conference, ACP Naidu reveals Monica’s killer was Tamang Rana, who was the father of her unborn child, and that he killed himself due to guilt. This attribution underscores the broader conspiracy and the complicity of others in the background. The public narrative takes another drastic turn.

During Monica’s prayer ceremony, Naidu reveals that Satyanarayan Adhikari is the actual father of Monica’s child. He explains that Tamang poisoned Monica’s wine to silence her blackmail, and Naidu later murdered Tamang to prevent further exposure. The moral revelations close in on the CEO’s family and leadership.

Jayant retrieves the original contract from Gaurav’s house and burns it, only to be surrounded by snakes that Gaurav had stolen. The scene cuts to black with Jayant’s fate left unknown, leaving the ultimate outcome unresolved and ominous. The snakes symbolize the lingering danger and the corrupt power at the heart of Unicorn.
