In Travancore Maharaja’s College, two student groups clash over a string of tensions and loyalties. The Real Fighters, led by Mahesh Raj, and the Royal Warriors, headed by Roshan Cherian, volley sharp disagreements that ripple through campus life. The quarrel takes a more personal turn when word spreads about Vedhika’s performance at Mother’s College. Each faction, in disguise, heads to meet Vedhika with the aim of winning her over, only to discover that Vedhika has already fallen for Unnikrishnan. He is not only her music teacher Balan’s son and a senior, but also a member of the Real Fighters, creating a tangled web of affection, ambition, and rivalry.
As Vedhika’s feelings pull her toward Unnikrishnan, she reaches out to him with a plan to meet at the railway station at 11:30 pm. The Real Fighters rally behind Unnikrishnan, supporting his confession of love by gifting him a ring and the key to a colleague’s bike. Yet the night spirals into chaos when Mani, the canteen in-charge, secretly splices alcohol into their drinks. Unnikrishnan drinks, is detained by police, and eventually released, leaving the campus uneasy but unresolved.
The following day, Vedhika is found dead behind the men’s hostel, and her father Sivanandhan pushes the police to uncover the killer. The investigation kicks off under ACP John Thekkan, whose inquiries quickly lead to Unnikrishnan—the last person Vedhika spoke with. Thekkan arrests him, but the interrogation ends tragically when Unnikrishnan is found dead inside the police station. The ensuing fallout erupts into a fierce clash between police and students, leaving Thekkan badly injured and hospitalized. With Thekkan sidelined, ACP Bhavani Durga takes command. She orders Roshan’s arrest, believing a tall, athletic suspect matches the killer’s profile, and this intensifies the tension between law enforcement and campus life.
Amid the turmoil, a new English literature professor, Edward Livingston, arrives at the college. The vice principal, Professor Cherian, Roshan’s father, explains Roshan’s innocence by pointing to his alibi—he was at his mother’s house the night of Vedhika’s death. Edward quickly becomes a voice of caution and accountability, insisting the police should be scrutinized for Vedhika’s and Unnikrishnan’s deaths rather than trusted blindly. He challenges the idea that the students are to blame and argues that the police, not the campus, hold responsibility for miscarriages of justice.
When Shivanandan sends goons to intimidate the campus and hand suspects over to the police, Edward steps in, defeating them and uniting the Real Fighters and Royal Warriors to protect the students. He also discovers that several so‑called workers on campus are actually police officers and warns the students not to leave the grounds. Despite his warnings, a night out to a wedding brings Roshan, Mahesh, and a colleague into Ramachandran’s sight, leading to Roshan’s capture. The group is taken to a hideout, but Edward and his allies locate and rescue him.
With time running out, Edward asks Roshan to help reunite his parents, who have been separated for three years. Mahesh reveals another thread of the case: Ramlath is being pressured by her family to accept an arranged marriage she doesn’t want. Edward intervenes to protect Ramlath, defeating Ramachandran and freeing her. The next day, Edward publicly reveals that he has identified the true culprit and confronts the room for Ramachandran to expose Thekkan’s involvement. The shocking revelation shows that Thekkan orchestrated Vedhika’s murder and had Ramachandran murder Unnikrishnan on his orders.
The narrative exposes a deeper conspiracy: Thekkan’s grudge against Vedhika was tied to a tangled history of secrets involving Ramlath, ministerial connections, and a murdered Krishnadas. Vedhika had intended to reveal these truths but was kidnapped and killed; Unnikrishnan was arrested as a strategic shield, silencing what he might have known. When Ramachandran finally reveals the truth to the public, Thekkan kills Ramachandran in a bid to flee, but Edward overpowers and kills Thekkan himself, and Seethalakshmi is arrested in the fallout.
In the wake of these revelations, Cherian, Roshan, Mahesh, and the other students stage a protest outside the police station to pressure authorities to release Edward. Their sense of astonishment deepens when they discover that the man they have been following as Edward is actually Anto Antony, an IPS officer from the Central Home Department, and that the campus “workers” were officers on a hidden mission. The film closes with the college community reassessing the line between loyalty and justice, as the truth behind Vedhika’s death—and the larger corruption it reveals—comes into the light.
