Jayashankar, leading a raid against Gowda's suspected consignment, and SI Narayanan seize trucks believed to belong to the crime boss. The operation is interrupted when Gowda's goons shoot and kill Jayashankar, ending the immediate raid. The city reels from the loss of a sincere senior cop.

Ravi, who has just received a letter confirming his IPS selection, arrives to inform his brother's team about the news but witnesses the murder of Jayashankar instead. Govindan, the DCP, talks with Gowda's men and orders Ravi's arrest for assaulting a senior cop on duty. The court sentences him to two years in prison, costing him his IPS dream.

On release from prison, Ravi commits to avenging Jayashankar's death. Hari introduces him to Alexandra "Sandra" Amelia Felix, the daughter of a former mafioso, who now runs businesses Hari manages. Sandra teams him with Shivappa, a retired yet vengeful former mafia leader, who agrees to provide money and weapons for the mission.

Shivaraman "Shivappa", a former mafia leader, lives a quiet life in the city suburbs but harbors a deep grudge against Gowda for breaking his leg. Though retired, he joins Ravi's cause, ready to mentor and back the assault with his experience.

The central government elevates Govindan to city commissioner, and a formal felicitation is held. Ravi disrupts the function by publicly insulting Govindan, a stunt that undermines the new appointment. The moment is captured on video and stirs tensions at the highest levels.

The recorded insult is forwarded to higher authorities, triggering Govindan's suspension from his role. The decision creates a power vacuum in the city police, which Ravi and his allies plan to exploit against Gowda.

Ravi and Shivappa begin a campaign against Gowda by targeting his establishments and using blackmail to pressure the political system. They compel Home Minister Nanjappa to back raids on Gowda's warehouses, causing significant financial losses for the crime lord.

Gowda responds to the pressure by sending his brother Chandra to finish Ravi. Ravi outmaneuvers and kills Chandra, removing Gowda's internal threat.

Gowda kidnaps Hari and tries to negotiate a deal to stop Ravi's advance. The abduction intensifies the pursuit as Ravi and his allies prepare for a last stand.

Ravi arrives at Gowda's stronghold along with Hari and Shivappa, accompanied by Shivappa's mercenaries. They confront Gowda's forces and prepare to free Hari and end Gowda's reign.

In a climactic showdown, Ravi rescues Hari and overpowers Gowda's gang. He uses decisive force to neutralize Gowda, ending the crime lord's control over the city.

With Gowda defeated, Ravi's path forward is defined by the pursuit of justice and the memory of Jayashankar. Sandra's help remains a pillar in Ravi's new path as he navigates the city’s dangerous landscape.
