Sanjay Shastri owes Rs. 50 lakhs to smuggler Jogia Seth and faces a looming deadline to repay. Gudia, an orphan, is held as a hostage to pressure him. With limited options and a month to act, Sanju weighs a dangerous plan to save himself.

Natwar arrives to help and proposes a fast, high-risk solution. He suggests that Sanju pose as the Chaudhary family's missing NRI relative, 'Sanju Shastri', and swindle them out of their money. Sanju, driven by the need to secure Gudia's safety, reluctantly agrees to the scheme.
