A deadly game of survival unfolds in the ruthless underworld of crime and sleaze. In New York City, Maya Rekha runs a brutal underground circuit: illegal wrestling bouts that attract both hungry crowds and powerful corruption, backed by the full support of the local police commissioner. Across the ocean, Ajay Malhotra [Inder Kumar] has relocated to the United States and begins his new life by forming an orchestra with a tight circle of friends, trying to leave behind the shadows of his past.

His brother, Akshay Kharodia Malhotra [Akshay Kumar], decides to visit him after hearing that he plans to marry his beloved in Canada. On the flight over, Akshay meets Priya Malhotra [Raveena Tandon], and the spark between them quickly grows into something deeper as they share hopes, fears, and the dream of a future together. Once in the United States, the mood shifts dramatically when Akshay discovers a warrant for Ajay’s arrest and a need to locate his brother to understand what’s really going on.

Akshay’s search leads him straight into Maya’s orbit, and he learns that Maya is Priya’s sister, a revelation that complicates every decision he makes. Maya holds Ajay and will only release him if he hands over incriminating documents that could topple powerful players. To win her confidence, Akshay risks everything and earns her trust by rescuing her from a series of life-threatening attempts orchestrated by the ruthless King Don [Gulshan Grover]. The danger only sharpens Maya’s growing curiosity about Akshay, and soon she begins to see him in a new light, even as Priya experiences a painful, hidden truth—that her own romance with Akshay could shatter more loyalties than she anticipated.

As the plot thickens, Akshay eliminates Maya’s men when they grow suspicious of his true identity.
