Jungle Boy

During a celebration of the jungle spirit Deva hosted by Rajah Singh, young Suresh vanishes into the forest. Prema pleads to search for him, but officials warn the jungle is too dangerous for a child. The disappearance sets in motion the legend of the forest boy and his future bond with its creatures.

Suresh is rescued from Sabre the Leopard by Bono the elephant and Mantoo the Monkey. Deva grants him the ability to understand and communicate with animals for his good heart. He is named Manling and raised among the forest creatures to learn the jungle law.

Bono informs the animals that Sabre hunted on the Night of Deva and must be brought to justice. Sabre vows to challenge the boy when he is old enough to defend himself, setting up a looming conflict.

As an adult, Krishna (the forest boy now) confronts Sabre in the Valley of Death. He defeats Sabre by using fire near a village, saving Anna, but violates the hunting law in the process. Bono banishes him to protect him from the anger of the forest.

Guided by Deva, Krishna is urged to return to the human world. Professor Gellar and Anna find him and welcome him, teaching him English and how to be human. He adapts quickly, remembering aspects of human life.

Anna and Krishna grow romantically involved as he adjusts to human life. Mantoo visits Krishna, reminding him of his jungle roots, while Bono expresses regrets about sending him away.

Ravi informs Joshua Hook and Sanjay that Gellar is seeking the sacred statue and its scroll. The next day Hook and his team arrive, capture Anna, and deliver her to Rajah Singh. Gellar is forced to cooperate with Hook to obtain the statue.

Krishna learns of Anna's captivity and reconnects with Bono and Mantoo to rescue her. They prepare to confront Hook and Rajah Singh to reclaim the statue and Anna.

Deva tries to stop Joshua Hook from obtaining the statue, but Hook shoots at Deva, who teleports away. The rock containing the statue is shattered open; Sanjay reaches in and grabs the statue and the scroll as Hook escapes with Anna.

At Rajah Singh's Alter Room, Hook and Rajah Singh advance with Anna. Krishna and Mantoo arrive and confront them. Nāga emerges, deems Hook unworthy, and devours him. Rajah Singh is turned into a pig for greed, as Nāga turns its attention to Krishna and Anna.

Nāga declares Krishna and Anna worthy of its gift for their self-sacrifice. Krishna protects Anna by asking Nāga not to harm her, and Nāga agrees before returning to statue form. It instructions Krishna to hide the statue and scroll somewhere safe.

With Professor Gellar recovered, Krishna decides to leave the jungle, considering Anna part of his family. He reunites with Bono and Mantoo, and Anna is invited to visit him someday.

Professor Gellar narrates that Krishna has returned to the jungle and placed Nāga's statue and scroll in a hidden place where no one will ever find them. The forest guards their secret for future generations.
