Lindy, who suffers from Intermittent Explosive Disorder due to a troubled childhood lacking love, controls her intense anger with a specially designed shock device and a remote. Throughout the film, her struggle is to find genuine human connection and healing beyond her impulsive violence. In the climax, she infiltrates Gareth Fizel’s heavily guarded compound to seek revenge for Justin, whom she believed had been murdered by Gareth.
