The film opens on a rainy night in Mumbai with four cops in a patrol van. A car crashes into them near a house with iron gates, and a man is shot from behind as a roller shutter opens. Radio alerts announce gunshots in the vicinity as the van heads toward the location.

The story returns to a Mumbai hideout where Vikram, Seshadri, Shardul, Prakash, and Shiva run a gambling club and plot a drug deal. Seshadri's Bengaluru contact Kalyan offers 'French furniture' worth Rs. 5 crore for Rs. 2.5 crore, enticing the group. Each member contributes Rs. 50 lakhs to fund the deal, hoping for at least equal profits.

Shiva is designated to take the money to Bengaluru by train for the exchange, while Vikram plans to steal the cash from Shiva on the journey using chloroform. The others bank on the deal yielding extra profits, envisioning more than Rs. 5 crore in total. Tension mounts as the plan moves toward execution.

To shape a convincing alibi, Vikram travels to Pune and checks into a hotel under the name Johnny G. This detour is meant to misdirect suspicion and provide a plausible backstory. He then proceeds toward Goa to finalize his cover story before returning to Mumbai.

In Goa, Vikram meets advocate Gomes, a friend of Seshadri, to arrange help with the alibi and ensure a credible track when questioned. After coordinating the plan, he flies back to Mumbai to rejoin Shiva for the train journey.

Vikram returns to Mumbai and checks into a hotel to finalize his deception. He prepares to board the train that Shiva is taking toward Bengaluru, tightening his control over the unfolding scheme. The crew remains unaware of his hidden agenda as they close ranks.

On the train to Bengaluru, Shiva carries the money with the plan to complete the deal. Vikram moves to execute his theft, suppressing any suspicions as the journey progresses. The atmosphere shifts from cooperation to looming betrayal as the stakes rise.

During the journey, Vikram murders Shiva and Shiva unmasks him before losing consciousness. The direct betrayal becomes clear, and the other passengers and conspirators realize the depth of Vikram's treachery. The train becomes a theater of fear and sudden violence.

One by one, Seshadri, Kalyan, Prakash, and Shardul uncover Vikram's deception and are killed by him in cold blood. The'. killings unfold ruthlessly as Vikram eliminates anyone who stands in the way of keeping the money. The group collapses under the weight of betrayal.

Prakash's wife mistakes Vikram for Shardul and shoots him, believing Shardul murdered Prakash. This fatal misunderstanding ends Vikram's bid to flee with the cash and deepens the tragedy among the survivors. The scene compounds the sense of a doomed scheme spiraling out of control.

With Vikram dead, the fate of the Rs 2.5 crore windfall remains unclear. The story ends on a cliffhanger, leaving viewers to wonder who ultimately gets the money and whether the deal ever comes to light. The tension lingers as the consequences of greed stay unresolved.
