Johnny English Strikes Again

MI7 faces a significant cyber-attack which exposes all active field agents, creating chaos within the agency. This urgent situation prompts MI7 to reinstat inactive agents to track down the source of the breach.

Johnny English, previously a geography teacher, shifts his focus to training students in the skills of espionage. He seeks the help of his former partner, Bough, who now works as a clerk at MI7.

English and Bough travel to the south of France to trace the origins of the cyber-attack against MI7. Their investigation leads them to a yacht named Dot Calm, where they suspect malicious activity is occurring.

While attempting a stealthy approach to Dot Calm, English and Bough discover a complex server network. They unexpectedly encounter Ophelia, a Russian operative, who confronts them and forces their retreat.

The following day, English and Bough follow Ophelia as she leaves the yacht. Their thrilling chase through the mountainous roads ends abruptly when their vehicle runs out of fuel, leaving them in a puzzled situation.

The UK Prime Minister consults with billionaire Jason Volta, who has just thwarted a hacking attack on the country's traffic system. Their conversation hints at a potential collaboration to strengthen national cybersecurity.

Johnny English encounters Ophelia at a bar, where Bough uncovers her actual role as a spy. Despite this revelation, English, infatuated with her, dismisses Bough’s concerns, which sets a dangerous course for him.

Ophelia receives orders to eliminate English but fails due to his accidental consumption of a hyperactive-inducing pill. This twist allows English to escape unharmed, while further complicating Ophelia's allegiance.

The Prime Minister and Volta form a partnership that will be discussed at the upcoming G12 meeting. They agree to store UK data on Volta's servers as a safeguard against the ongoing cyber threats.

English engages in a virtual reality exercise that spirals out of control, leading to chaos across London. His blunders result in a series of accidents, highlighting his clumsy approach to espionage.

In his attempts to gather evidence against Volta, English finds himself betrayed by Ophelia. In a frantic rush, he flags down a driving school car, escalating into a high-octane chase back to MI7.

Despite English's warning about Volta's true motives, the Prime Minister dismisses him, leading to uncertainty about their cybersecurity plans. The G12 summit in Scotland approaches with heightened security concerns.

Deciding to take matters into their own hands, English and Bough, with the help of Bough's wife Lydia, hatch a plan to infiltrate the G12 meeting. Their unconventional approach involves breaching security by means of a Navy submarine.

As tensions rise at the summit, Volta's knowledge of Ophelia's identity comes to light during a tense confrontation. Despite English's intervention, Ophelia manages to evade capture once again.

In a final confrontation, English throws a tablet that knocks out Volta, preventing him from executing his plans. The ensuing chaos leads to the destruction of the Dot Calm yacht, ultimately restoring peace and allowing English to return to teaching.
