Suruli, a notorious gangster from Madurai, struggles to escape the shadows of his past. Despite running a parotta restaurant, his criminal history continues to haunt him, making it difficult to live a subdued life.

In a bid to settle down, a marriage is arranged for Suruli. However, his bride flees upon discovering his gangster background, leaving him isolated and burdened by his past.

John, working for the white supremacist don Peter Sprott, approaches Suruli with a lucrative offer. He persuades Suruli to work against his rival, Sivadoss, for an enticing sum of £200,000 per week.

Eager to leave his criminal life behind, Suruli accepts John's offer and relocates to London. He quickly immerses himself in the underworld, entangled in the arms smuggling operations led by Sivadoss.

Suruli's crew, alongside John, initiates a raid on Sivadoss's boatyard. The operation spirals into chaos, culminating in the death of Sivadoss's right-hand man, Rajan, which puts Suruli in imminent danger.

After the chaotic raid, Sivadoss captures Suruli, realizing his involvement in the debacle. To evade dire consequences, Suruli cleverly proposes a supposed peace talk with Peter Sprott.

At the peace talk, Suruli betrays Sivadoss and hands over a deadly aruval to Peter. This betrayal leads to Sivadoss's demise, altering the power dynamics in the underworld.

With Sivadoss eliminated, Suruli receives monetary rewards and a chance to open a legitimate business in the new enclave of Little Madurai in London. This marks a significant shift in his life direction.

In Little Madurai, Suruli encounters Attila, a Sri Lankan Tamil singer. Suruli becomes smitten with her, but their budding relationship faces challenges as she reveals her past as a widow and a mother.

As Suruli and Attila's relationship develops, they are threatened by Sivadoss's remaining henchmen seeking revenge. The encounter leaves Suruli wounded and on the brink of death.

Attila nurses Suruli back to health, deepening their connection. However, Suruli learns that Attila's motives are linked to their shared history and the Sri Lankan Civil War.

Discovering the ties between Attila's brother and Sivadoss, Suruli transforms, fighting against the oppressive BICORE immigration bill. He rallies his old connections to combat the threats facing refugees.

As the stakes escalate, Suruli challenges Peter's plans to assassinate a minister opposing BICORE. This act of defiance marks a turning point in his life, aligning him with the cause of the oppressed.

In an intense confrontation, Suruli eliminates John's threat and confronts Peter directly. Instead of revenge, he chooses to spare Peter and transport him to the borders of Afghanistan and Iran.

Suruli's decision to strip Peter of his identity signifies his transformation from a gangster to a protector of the oppressed. He embraces love and moral resolve, standing beside Attila in the chaos of their world.
