Horrid Henry: The Movie

Henry dodges his homework and the ruse almost works. Brainy Brian forges a note from Henry's mother claiming the cat ate the homework, but Miss Battle-Axe spots the deception when she sees the word 'homework' spelled correctly.

Sent to detention, Henry and his friends quietly rehearse for a school talent contest. Brainy Brian's scheme gives them time to plan their routine, while Miss Battle-Axe's watchful eye foreshadows the trouble ahead.

Miss Oddbod and two inspectors arrive, sniffing out trouble around the headmistress's office. The looming threat signals that Ashton Primary could be shut down unless the students prove themselves.

Under pressure from Vic Van Wrinkle, the inspectors push to shut Ashton Primary down. Miss Battle-Axe and Miss Lovely are dismissed for failing to maintain discipline, heightening the crisis.

The inspectors bar Henry's band, the Zero Zombies, from entering the school talent contest. The ban leaves the students without a public stage and increases the urgency to prove their worth.
