Top Air Corps ace Hop Harrigan quits the service and, with his mechanic Tank Tinker, starts a modest charter airline. They are contracted to transport inventor Dr. Tabor to his clandestine lab, where he is developing a potent new energy device. The enigmatic adversary known as The Chief Pilot seeks the technology for himself and kidnaps Dr. Tabor.
