The Tribe traces a ruthless terrorist network stirring conflict across the Gaza Strip and beyond, drawing the attention of global security services. The group funds its operations through arms trading in Europe and drugs trafficking around the world, while a parallel power play unfolds around Lieb Industries, a conglomerate with vast interests in the hydrocarbons sector. Bruce Lieb, Craig Fairbrass, is the billionaire CEO whose name is tainted by an insider-trading controversy: the SEC calls him to account in New York after allegations that he delayed news of a uranium discovery to profit from a stock rebound. The film sets a high-stakes stage as Lieb’s 20-year business anniversary party in Paris becomes a magnet for ambition, intrigue, and danger.

The party’s security is tight but chaotic, with Joe Ballard, Vinnie Jones, and Mike Meltzer, Rob Steinberg, serving as CIA protectors. At the same time, Paul Ross, Randy Couture, the MI6 liaison, keeps in touch with colleagues through a tense network of informants. Liz, Tiffany Dupont, the reporter who is connected to Ross, mingles among guests, while the ominous warning signs of an imminent terror event loom over the gathering. When Ross learns from French intelligence that a meeting of The Tribe will take place that night and that a powerful figure—“The Boss”—will likely attend, a plan to raid the Paris meeting quickly takes shape. In the ensuing firefight, a brunette woman who had flirted with Joe earlier is found among the militants; the skirmish costs lives, and the woman ultimately shoots Joe before she escapes.

The next morning, Lieb moves to manage the backlash by bringing Liz on board for public-relations work, while Michele Lieb, Lieb’s sister, watches the unfolding drama with wary eyes. Lieb readies his private Boeing 747 for a strategic flight to New York, packing in his top contributors for a PR push ahead of the SEC hearing. Ross warns Lieb that The Tribe may target the flight, and Lieb, pressed by the calendar and the hearing, chooses to fly. He invites Ross to join his security detail, and Ross agrees when he discovers that Liz is also aboard.

Midflight, Michele’s plan accelerates as Michele unexpectedly signals three armed gunmen from her private car, and the lead gunman reminds the others that Michele wants a stake in Lieb’s empire before its downfall. The brunette killer from Paris is among the hijackers, and the co-pilot radios the crew’s betrayal as the gunmen seize control, removing the Captain and scattering the remaining passengers. An isolated cabin becomes the holding area for Michele and Ross, while Bruce Lieb is confined in a titanium bunker controlled by the security chief and protected from access. Southwell is shot by the intruders and triggers an alarm that locks the bunker, leaving Lieb vulnerable and exposed.

The hijackers outline their motive: to steal Lieb’s wealth by forcing a $2.73 billion transfer to a Geneva account. Lieb resists, and the lead gunman shoots Michele in the head when she falters. As Lieb’s money begins to move in a high-stakes transfer overseen by his CFO via video, the hijackers push for a rapid descent to trigger a hidden bomb. The crew’s parachute escape plan becomes a defense, while Ross and Southwell mount a comeback, overpowering one gunman and reclaiming control of the cabin. A tense cat-and-mouse chase erupts as the hijackers hunt down hostages, and the surviving passengers—now including Ross and Southwell—strive to prevent catastrophe.

A bomb countdown begins as the aircraft drops below 20,000 feet, and the hijackers reveal their ultimate escape plan via parachutes. Ross manages to overpower the lead gunman when he returns in search of the parachutes, and Southwell overrides the cockpit’s security system, revives the Captain, and establishes contact with air traffic control. The brunette assassin is disarmed, and the team uncovers the bomb’s ticking threat. An explosion in Lieb’s titanium bunker distracts the hijackers long enough for Ross to kill the lead gunman with a knife, even as Southwell is badly injured. The Captain ultimately lands the plane, and the remaining conspirators are arrested.

In the aftermath, Ross pieces together the surprising truth: Lieb never boarded the plane in person. Every key participant—Michele, his lawyer, his CFO, and others who knew about Lieb’s recent activities—was on board, and the entire hijacking was a calculated ploy to launder $2.73 billion through The Tribe’s accounts. Lieb, it turns out, was the hidden provocateur and the real leader of The Tribe, using the crisis as a cover to move vast sums of money while keeping his own presence off the flight. The plane’s landing marks the end of the immediate threat but ignites a personal vow: Ross vows to hunt Lieb down and bring the mastermind to justice. The film leaves a chilling impression of how wealth and power can orchestrate global peril from behind the scenes.
