Para Commando Captain Ram embarks on a daring mission to rescue three doctors from a terrorist relief camp, and among the survivors is Nandini, a Bangalore-based doctor who quietly develops feelings for him even as she stays outwardly professional. The mission plants a fragility and trust between them, setting a personal undercurrent against the backdrop of high-stakes danger.

Not long after, Ram receives a troubling letter: his brother, the IAS officer Sathya Moorthy, has died. He travels to Bangalore to take charge of the case, which officials had dismissed as a suicide. In the city, Ram confers with Prathap, the wife’s brother and an ACP, who explains that Sathya Moorthy had once punished a corrupt corporator but was arrested and suspended for the alleged murder. The suspicion deepens when Sathya Moorthy is found dead the following day. Ram resolves to reopen the case, convinced there is more to the story, and begins to hunt for answers with a keen eye for inconsistencies.

A crucial clue emerges from Sathya Moorthy’s room: the killer was tall—about 6’2” to 6’3”—and left-handed. Ram also questions Sathya Moorthy’s wife, Anuradha, who recounts two pivotal incidents that hint Sathya Moorthy’s involvement in the corporator’s murder and the subsequent suspension. As Ram interrogates the goons tied to Sathya Moorthy’s case, he narrows the field to a few suspects, but one man remains elusive. When Ram finally corners the last suspect, the man escapes only to be fatally struck by a vehicle; later, a henchman named Kabir kills him in a gym hideout, attempting to erase the trail.

From there, Ram decodes a hidden thread. He subdues Kabir and, with the help of his army unit, uncovers material that points to powerful figures. The trail leads to the cunning minister Arasikere Anjanappa and the pharma magnate Amrut Shah, both pulling the strings behind Sathya Moorthy’s death. Anjanappa and Amrut Shah attempt to manipulate Ram by sending Kabir to shadow him, but Ram captures Kabir and forces a confrontation at gunpoint, turning the table on the conspirators.

The investigation reveals a larger motive tied to Sathya Moorthy’s decision to champion generic medicines. Sathya Moorthy had begun to advocate for affordable generics, a move opposed by Anjanappa, who colludes with Amrut Shah to weaponize the generic drugs for profit. Sathya Moorthy is falsely charged with the corporator’s murder and suspended, while Kabir intrudes on Sathya Moorthy’s home to seize documents related to the generics, threatening Sathya Moorthy’s wife and daughter. Kabir ultimately murders Sathya Moorthy and stages it as a suicide.

With the pieces falling into place, Amrut Shah and Anjanappa escalate their brutality, torturing Sathya Moorthy’s wife Anuradha and pressing Ram to abandon the mission. Ram hands Kabir over to them, but the conspirators dismiss Kabir once his disclosures threaten their plans. Ram’s careful surveillance turns the tide: he had recorded the entire sequence with a covert spy camera in his jacket.

In a dramatic turnaround, Ram broadcasts the incriminating evidence through news channels, exposing the hidden faces of Arasikere Anjanappa and Amrut Shah to the public. He also rescues Sathya Moorthy’s daughter with the help of his teammates, preventing further harm. The revelation marks the end of the conspiracy, and Ram eliminates the two culprits, making it appear as if they died by suicide. The mission concludes with Ram reinstated into the Indian Army, having uncovered the truth and brought justice for Sathya Moorthy and his family.
