Hate Story IV

Tasha confronts Aryan about the leaked intimate photo on her phone. Aryan's girlfriend Rishma arrives with a gun, intending to kill him. A struggle ensues and Rishma is shot and dies, leaving the room heavy with tension.

Two years ago in a London bar, Rajveer pursues Tasha and promises to make her a star. He hires goons to attack her so he can swoop in as the hero. A photo is taken of the bribery transaction, exposing the underhanded setup.

Two years ago at a party, Aryan gets Tasha drunk and they sleep together. She wakes up regretting what happened. Photos of the encounter are taken and later sent to her phone to torment her.

Present day, Aryan and Tasha quietly dispose of Rishma's body by dumping it in a river. They keep the act off the radar while the police search for clues.

Tasha reveals to the audience that she has orchestrated most of the events. She knew Rajveer bribed goons and, by spiking Aryan's drink, created the supposed 'proof' of their affair. She admits she sent the compromising photos to Rishma to set the plan in motion.

Tasha publicly rejects Rajveer's marriage proposal, claiming Aryan told her that Rajveer lures women and abandons them. She also reveals that she and Aryan are involved in a clandestine alliance. Rajveer grows desperate as his plan unravels.

Aryan receives a video clip on his phone showing him dumping Rishma's body. The footage intensifies the pressure on Aryan and widens Vikram's fear of a larger conspiracy.

Vikram Khurana receives a threatening call from the blackmailer demanding he confess to the two-year-old crime in India. The caller gives him a deadline and hints that more secrets will surface. The pressure strains the family as the mystery deepens.

Two years ago in India, Rajveer tries to force Bhavna into his car while a passerby, Ashwin, tries to intervene. Aryan shoots Ashwin, and Bhavna's life is threatened by the case's fallout. Ashwin dies in hospital and Natasha (Tasha) and her mother arrive at the scene.

In the hospital, Ashwin dies from his wounds while Natasha (Tasha) and Ashwin's mother confront the consequences. Bhavna's family is threatened to stay silent, tying the past to the present threat. Natasha vows to avenge her brother's death.

Present: Rajveer, heartbroken, is told Aryan kidnapped Rishma and killed her. He confronts Aryan and threatens to reveal the truth, leading to a deadly struggle. Aryan kills Rajveer and dumps his body in a grave at Tasha's urging.

Monica reveals the truth about Tasha to Aryan, exposing her manipulation. Aryan tries to shoot Tasha, but she knocks him out and injures herself. The police arrive and arrest Aryan.

In the ending credits, Tasha blames Vikram for being a bad father. At Natasha's home, Rishma—thought dead—appears alive and stands beside Ashwin's picture. She reveals she had been Ashwin's fiancée when he was alive.
