Aditya and Kavya inaugurate a hospital in memory of Vikram Diwan. The event foregrounds Vikram's generosity, recalling how he once donated half his liver to a childhood friend, Karan, to save his life. The family is celebrated for public goodwill, but cracks begin to appear beneath the surface.
