Feigning death momentarily, Bernadette manages to escape but not before the attacker tragically slashes her throat with a straight razor.

Her emotional state is further complicated when she begins experiencing haunting flashbacks of an operating room scene due to her previous accident, as revealed by Dr. David Faraday, portrayed by Glenn Ford. During a dirt bike race, Virginia’s romantic interest, Etienne, tries to impress her but soon suffers a horrific fate, as he is brutally attacked, leaving the group shocked.
As the retrieve mystery deepens, Virginia and her friend Ann, played by Tracey E. Bregman, make a shocking discovery at Alfred’s house, leading them to confront a chilling reality about Bernadette’s disappearance. Following a series of escalating deaths linked to their friend group, Virginia struggles with memories of her mother and her trauma. As if in a psychological spiral, Virginia increasingly finds herself in perilous situations, including a terrifying showdown in the bell tower.
Amid the panic, Virginia’s father, played by Lawrence Dane, leaves town, promising to return for her 18th birthday. But the celebration turns into a nightmare of betrayal and murder, culminating in a gruesome birthday party where Virginia gruesomely dispatches her friends. In a shocking twist, it’s revealed that her seemingly innocent friend Ann is orchestrating the horror as part of a twisted scheme of revenge linked to their familial ties.
As the night spirals out of control, and in a shocking revelation, Virginia realizes that she has been a pawn in Ann’s deadly game, leading her to an even darker destiny. > “Dear God, what have you done?!” cries a horrified policeman as he confronts Virginia holding the bloody knife, leaving her fate hanging in the balance as she faces the repercussions of the chaotic night marked by deceit, murder, and the loss of innocence.
