Grimsby

Two brothers are torn apart as children. Nobby grows into an alcoholic football hooligan who builds a chaotic life with Dawn and their 11 children in Grimsby, while Sebastian becomes a polished MI6 agent. The years of distance shape their paths for decades.

Sebastian completes an interrogation and learns about philanthropist Rhonda George and the WorldCure benefit. He is assigned to attend the event to protect Rhonda. Meanwhile, Nobby's pub friends hear he will be there and urge him to reconnect with his brother.

At WorldCure, hitman Pavel Lukashenko targets Rhonda with a camera-gun. When Sebastian goes to shoot the camera, Nobby intervenes with a hug, triggering the shot that mortally wounds Schlomo and splashes AIDS-infected blood toward Daniel Radcliffe's character. The world-teeters on the brink as the brothers are thrust back together by violence.

The brothers go on the run as MI6 suspects Sebastian of going rogue and Chilcott is sent to track them. They escape a pub ambush, but Sebastian is hit by two Lonomia poison darts in his shoulder and testicle. Nobby reluctantly sucks the poison from his wounds to save his brother's life.

Learning that Lukashenko plans a deal with Joris Smit in a South African lodge, the brothers travel there to intercept the transaction and prevent the virus from falling into the wrong hands. Tension escalates as their plan unfolds among the lodge's opulence and danger.

Nobby assumes Sebastian's identity and seduces cleaner Banu, hoping to get close to Lina's husband Joris. Joris and his men confront them, and Sebastian arrives to rescue Nobby at the last moment. Lina is fatally shot by Chilcott's men before she can reveal crucial information.

To outrun Chilcott's pursuing henchmen, the brothers hide inside an elephant's vagina and emerge smeared with elephant semen after the elephants mate. The sequence is absurdly comic yet tense, marking another bizarre hurdle in their fight for survival.

After the cleanup, Sebastian asks why Nobby abandoned him as a child. Nobby explains that their adoptive parents couldn't decide which brother to keep, so he left to give Sebastian a better shot at life. The brothers reconcile and decide to face their enemies together.

The brothers travel to Chile for the England vs Germany cup final, only to discover the syndicate plans to unleash the WorldCure virus at the arena. Sebastian is captured by Lukashenko's men, separating him from Nobby.

Rhonda visits Sebastian in captivity and reveals that the WorldCure virus will be launched via fireworks. Nobby fights through Lukashenko's henchmen and kills Lukashenko on the way to rescue his brother, seizing the chance to stop the plan.

Back at the arena, Chilcott again attacks, but Schlomo's wheelchair is used to topple him, and the brothers reach Rhonda. They ride the fireworks toward safety as the devices explode; a misfiring gun finally fires, hitting Daniel Radcliffe's character and spraying AIDS-infected blood toward Donald Trump in the crowd.

News reports declare Rhonda arrested and the Grimsby brothers ‘died’ heroically, while Schlomo is in custody after ‘killing’ Chilcott. The brothers survive and recover in hospital, receiving new identities from Jodie, and learning the WorldCure antidote is elephant semen. Eight weeks later, on a mission in Indonesia, Nobby is ambushed by gunmen who turn out to be his own team, and he kills them before realizing the deception.

In a post-credits scene, the brothers are in a car and stop to ask a man for directions to a football stadium. Nobby shoots the man to 'leave no witnesses', disturbing Sebastian. The moment hints that their undercover adventures will continue in new, unpredictable ways.
