Golgo 13

Flanagan, the police chief, hires Golgo 13 to assassinate Max Boa. Golgo arrives in Tehran by plane to begin the assignment, while Catherine Morton quietly follows to monitor him. The two begin their uneasy collaboration in the dangerous Tehran environment.

Golgo's collaborator Egbali informs him about Mr. Wine and Boa's obsession with birds. Boa's men kill Egbali at a hotel, turning the operation into a deadly trap. Golgo becomes a prime suspect in Egbali's murder as the police close in.

Mr. Wine is erased by Boa's men after Golgo reveals that Boa's hideout lies in Old Town. The disappearance fuels a wider crackdown and makes Golgo a key figure in the investigation. Tehran's police tighten the net around the Boa gang.

Across Tehran, a wave of disappearances of women begins and Sheila, the wife of city police inspector Aman Jafari, is abducted. Aman retrieves Sheila's coat and, suspecting Golgo, begins circling the hotel where Golgo and Catherine stay.

The Tehran police capture a Boa henchman close to Douglas and uncover the truth behind the disappearances and the trafficking operation. The investigation tightens the noose around Boa's gang. Golgo remains a key, suspected figure in the case.

Boa's gang secretly relocates the abducted women toward Isfahan to hide them from investigators. The police close in further as Golgo intensifies his search for Boa's hidden base. The plan shifts toward keeping the victims out of sight and out of reach.

Guided by Mr. Wine's tip, Golgo locates Boa's hideout and shoots a man with a bird on his shoulder, triggering a decoy trap. He is captured by Boa's henchmen but manages to escape and take revenge on Walter and his associates.

Boa's gang plants land mines on the main road toward Isfahan to eliminate Aman’s police convoy. Golgo detonates the mines first to clear the way and presses on toward Boa's luxurious mansion hideout guarded by many decoys. The stage is set for a perilous confrontation.

Inside the mansion, Golgo shoots at the birdcage in a bid to identify the real Boa, but the courtyard fills with decoys. Catherine, who has appeared to protect him, is captured by Boa's men and becomes another victim of the trafficking operation. Golgo finds himself overwhelmed by the decoy network.

Boa moves the women to the ruins of Persepolis and threatens to kill them one by one unless Golgo shows up. Aman arrives, orders surrender, and prepares to free the hostages, but the situation remains tense as the danger escalates. The confrontation looms over the ancient site.

During the standoff, Douglas shoots Catherine as she declares her love for Golgo. Golgo redoubles his pursuit of Boa, driven by vengeance for Catherine and Aman. The conflict moves toward its final act as Boa remains at large.

Golgo corners Boa in the desert, and he and Douglas's men are dealt with as the pursuit culminates. With his car lost, Golgo trudges across Dasht-e Kavir for days without food or water. At dawn, Boa is shot by a sniper at the lakeside, and Golgo watches from the opposite shore before walking toward the rising sun to continue his mission.
