Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S.

The Shobijin visit Shinichi Chûjô, his scientist Yoshito, and his grandson Shun to warn that Godzilla keeps returning to Japan because the government used the first Godzilla’s skeleton in the cyborg Kiryu’s construction. They explain that if that skeleton is returned to the ocean, Mothra—the descendant of the original Mothra who attacked Japan—will step in to defend the country.
