A sweeping tale across Japan follows two fishing‑scout pilots who discover a second Godzilla and the newly awakened monster Anguirus. Lacking the weapon that killed the first, authorities try to lure Godzilla away from the mainland. As Anguirus appears, both beasts move toward Osaka, leaving the nation bracing for disaster.
