A law student rents an old boarding house haunted by a wardrobe ghost, leading to a climax. In the Mail Coach Ghosts, a time‑travelling youth confronts a nobleman, falls for his captive maiden and plots a rescue. The Goblin and the Grave Digger puts a grave‑digger through fiery nether‑realms to a trial before the Goblin King, a striking tale.
