The film begins in Delhi, introducing the four main characters known as 'Fukrey.' These boys, consisting of Hunny, Choocha, Zafar, and Lali, are characterized by their laid-back attitude and desire for easy money, setting the tone for their carefree adventures.

Hunny and Choocha hatch a plan to obtain their school exam papers in exchange for Rs 50,000 from Pandit, the college guard. This plan showcases their desire to bypass hard work for instant success, a recurring theme throughout the movie.

Choocha experiences a series of dreams that Hunny believes to contain winning lottery numbers. This leads the duo to invest in small lottery tickets as they hope to strike it rich, marking the beginning of their string of unexpected victories.

Meanwhile, Lali is juggling his correspondence studies while dealing with issues related to his girlfriend, who is embarrassed by his background. He seeks help from Bindu, Zafar's girlfriend, to secure good results that could pave his way into regular college.

Zafar's life takes a tragic turn when his father suffers a stroke, necessitating urgent medical funds of Rs 1.5 Lakhs. This event brings the group together as they realize they need to pool their resources to help him.

To gather the needed funds, the boys meet Bholi Punjaban, a local gangster cunning in her approach. She agrees to invest in their betting scheme after Lali offers his father's shop as collateral, expanding the stakes of their adventure.

Choocha fabricates a dream in hopes of providing winning numbers, but when they lose, tension rises. Their mishap with Bholi becomes evident as she loses a large sum on her bet, altering the dynamics of their partnership.

As a result of their losses, Bholi coerces the boys into selling 500 ecstasy pills at a rave in Gurgaon. This new venture puts them in a precarious situation, with Choocha held hostage to ensure their cooperation.

During the rave, a police raid forces the group to scatter in a frenzy. In this chaotic escape, Lali ends up with the pills, showcasing the high stakes and reckless decisions made by the boys.

After the raid, Lali and Zafar find shelter at Bindu's house. She quickly devises a plan to protect them by pretending Lali is her student and Zafar her fiancé, demonstrating the lengths they will go to survive the fallout.

Bholi discovers the boys have escaped and issues an ultimatum, demanding Rs 25 Lakhs within 24 hours. This moment heightens the tension as the boys scramble to find a way to meet her demands or face dire consequences.

Choocha admits his previous dream was false but claims to have another, which he believes to be genuine. This renewed hope leads them back to Bindu's house, where she surprisingly agrees to invest in their scheme.

With Bindu's investment, the boys finally hit the jackpot in the lottery, which provides them the means to meet Bholi's demands. Their victory marks a pivotal point in their journey as they begin to understand the value of ambition.

In a calculated move, the boys tip off the police about Bholi's drug deal, leading to her arrest as she attempts to transport the pills. Their cleverness culminates in a satisfactory resolution to their chaotic adventure.

The film concludes with Hunny and Choocha achieving their dream of entering college. They emerge with refined aspirations and a deepened friendship, learning vital lessons from their wild escapades throughout the film.
