After escaping to the surface, Karen unexpectedly goes into labor inside an abandoned barn. The situation escalates with the stolen truck, still controlled by ZED, threatening their safety.

In the dramatic climax, John faces ZED and Poe in a twisted showdown. Even as Poe meets his demise through his own machinations, John fights against time to save Karen and their child, culminating in a desperate struggle against technological domination.
