Claire, a chic Parisian, is married to the older Jean. She leaves him while he plays baroque piano, saying she is visiting her sister Solange, but instead meets her lover Claude. After their encounter Claude tells a tale of Jivaro lovers’ shriveled heads, then gives her a mink as a token. They must hide the gift from Jean.
