A sex ray sweeps the passenger plane carrying Flesh Gordon and Dale Ardor, causing the pilots to abandon the controls and passengers to indulge in wild behavior. Flesh regains a momentary lucidity but cannot control the aircraft. He and Dale jump with a parachute to escape the doomed flight.

The duo lands near the workshop of Dr. Flexi Jerkoff, who proposes a plan to stop the sex rays at their source. Jerkoff reveals a phallic rocket ship that will carry them to the planet Porno. They agree to embark on the mission.

They blast off toward the planet Porno aboard Jerkoff's rocket ship. A brief exposure to another ray on the way triggers a frantic three-way orgy aboard the vessel. They continue toward their destination, determined to reach the source.

Emperor Wang's minions blast the ship, shooting it down and forcing a crash landing on Porno. They flee from pursuers and take shelter in a nearby cave, where they are ambushed by one-eyed Penisauruses. Wang's soldiers arrive, shoot the creatures, and imprison the Earthlings.

The Earthlings are brought before Wang in the palace, where he presides over a lavish sex orgy. Wang declares his intention to marry Dale; Flesh is sentenced to death but is saved by Queen Amora, who takes him as her sex slave. The event marks Flesh's grim fate under Wang's regime.

Amora escorts Flesh to her ship, taking him off-world where she hypnotizes him as they become lovers. The alliance promises new leverage in the struggle against Wang. Flesh's fate becomes intertwined with Amora's influence and power.

Angered by Amora's rebellious attitude, Wang shoots down Amora's airship, leaving Flesh as the sole survivor. Jerkoff escapes the palace and reunites with Flesh to continue their plan to defeat Wang. They resolve to use Amora's lingering influence to help their cause.

Amora's spirit lends Flesh and Jerkoff her power pasties, revealing their true nature as weapons against Porno's soldiers. With these new tools, they prepare a renewed assault and gather forces for the final confrontation. The trio sets out to break Wang's grip on the planet.

They interrupt Wang and Dale's wedding, triggering a chaotic clash. Dale is kidnapped by Amazonian lesbians led by Chief Nellie who seek to recruit her into a warrior sex cult. Flesh and Jerkoff are aided by Prince Precious in their attempt to rescue her.

Prince Precious helps fund the development of a weapon capable of destroying the sex ray, with Jerkoff leading construction on the planet Porno. The team prepares for a decisive mission to end the ray's influence. The plan centers on a direct strike against the source.

The heroes confront Wang and trick his rapist robots into turning against him. Wang escapes to seek aid from the Great God Porno idol, which comes to life and abducts Dale, delivering a running, hipster-style narration as she is taken. The team races to stop the cosmic threat.

Jerkoff shoots the living idol, freeing Dale as the idol collapses onto Wang. The crash destroys the sex ray and kills both Wang and the idol. Flesh, Dale, and Jerkoff are hailed as heroes and return to Earth to celebrate their victory.
